Gateway Center approacheth

Yesterday's Targum has a little bit more news of the Gateway Center:

The parking authority has acquired all the property, all the relocation
issues have been settled and demolition will begin in the next couple
months, Holtz said.

Not much new here, but it sounds like the block will probably start to disappear starting next month. And yet, still no clue on the future of Neubies...
